Images may include illustrative screens, enlarged details, or styling props. Screen settings can affect perceived colors. These presentation differences do not excuse material inaccuracies or remove your rights if goods are not as described.

We may update listings or discontinue products. Later listing changes do not retroactively alter the agreed specifications of an accepted order.

Submitting and reviewing an order

Prices may change for future purchases. If a material pricing error affects an unaccepted order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected purchase, as permitted by law.

Delivery and after-purchase arrangements

Processing periods, transit estimates, tracking, customs arrangements, and delivery issues are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly agreed.

Carrier or customs delays may affect delivery. Contact us when a shipment requires investigation. These terms do not automatically transfer transit-loss risk to you when goods are handed to a carrier; risk passes as required by applicable law.

Use products within their stated limits

Follow the supplied operating, charging, fitting, and maintenance instructions. Confirm any water-resistance, temperature, load, or activity limits before use.

Wellness and fitness readings are intended for general information and are not medical diagnoses. Navigation and item-finding functions depend on their supported systems and conditions and do not guarantee continuous location information or recovery of belongings.

Use tracking features only for belongings you own or are authorized to track. Use remote controls and audio products responsibly and remain attentive to your surroundings.

Some functions may require a compatible phone, app, account, internet connection, or third-party service. Review any disclosed subscription or service requirements. Specific certifications apply only where expressly identified for the relevant model.

Respect brand and creative rights

The Ravzenia™ name, original store text, images, graphics, and page designs belong to us or are used with permission from their respective owners.

You may view the store and retain reasonable copies for personal shopping records. Commercial reuse, republication, resale of content, or misleading use of our branding requires prior written permission, except where law permits otherwise.

Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply an endorsement beyond any expressly stated relationship.

Understand the platform’s role

Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform that supports this store. Your purchase agreement is with Guangzhou Bishe Trading Co., Ltd., trading under Ravzenia™. Shopify is not the seller of our products.

We handle product sales, fulfillment, returns, and customer-service requests. Separate services provided directly by Shopify or another provider may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Optional tools, external websites, payment services, and companion apps may be operated independently. Review the relevant provider’s requirements before using them. We do not control third-party services, but remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller.

How privacy information is provided

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and retained, together with available privacy choices and rights.

Shopify and other service providers may process information to support checkout, payments, delivery, fraud prevention, and store operation, as described in the applicable privacy notices.

Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, security codes, or one-time authentication codes to customer support.

Share content you have the right to provide

Nothing in this section permits us to disregard an accepted order or materially misdescribe a product.

Product promises and legal protections

Any commercial warranty applies according to its stated terms for the relevant product. Mandatory guarantees, remedies, and other consumer protections are not replaced by a commercial warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, website tools and general informational content are made available without additional assurances of uninterrupted, error-free operation.

We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where permitted, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from business use outside the agreed purpose of a consumer purchase. Any permitted limitation must be interpreted consistently with your mandatory rights.

Responsibility for your own conduct

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonably evidenced losses directly caused by your unlawful use of the Services or infringement of another party’s rights.

This does not require you to cover losses caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or failure to meet obligations owed to you.

Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or close access for a material breach of these terms, suspected fraud, security concerns, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

Account closure does not remove rights concerning existing purchases, valid refunds, or outstanding obligations. Provisions that reasonably need to continue, including content rights and dispute provisions, survive closure.

These terms, the applicable product information, accepted order details, and referenced store policies form the agreement for the relevant Services. Specific terms apply to their stated subject matter. Mandatory law takes precedence over conflicting wording.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where possible. A delay in enforcing a right does not by itself waive that right. Headings are provided for navigation.

We may transfer the business or contractual obligations only where permitted by law and without reducing your mandatory protections. You may not transfer an account or contractual obligations without our consent, except where applicable law allows it.
